General Terms and Conditions

The present general Terms and Conditions are not likely to be modified by the stipulations appearing in the documents emanating from customers or partners, the present dispositions prevailing over the said stipulations.

Article 1

Definitions & scope

1.1. Terms of Sales : Refers to these General Conditions of Sale and Use.

1.2. VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL (VTI)

Refers to the trade mark of the simplified joint stock company Visas Conseils et Services (VCS), with a capital of 10.000,00 Euros, registered with the Paris RCS under number 888 641 438 00021, whose head office is located at 116 rue Lauriston, 75116 Paris . The activity of VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL is to provide an intermediary service and / or assistance between Customers who wish to obtain in particular one or more Visas, Legalization of documents, Deliveries and the Embassies and Consulates which issue them, as agent in the name and on behalf of Customers with Embassies Consulates.

1.3. Visa(s)

Refers to a stamp, or sticker, or an authentic physical or electronic document, valid as an authorization to stay or to use a document in a country, issued by an Embassy or a Consulate.

1.4. Embassy

Refers to any natural or legal person representing the diplomatic services of a country (embassy, ​​consular service of an embassy, ​​consulate, competent authority, official representation, administration represented by a physical or electronic platform) to issue one or more Visas / Legalizations of documents; as well as any natural or legal person approved, sworn or recognized by the diplomatic services of a country (visa center such as China Bridge for China or VFS for Russia and India, body represented by a physical or electronic platform) for assist in the issuance of one or more Visas / Legalization of documents by the said diplomatic services.

1.5. Customer

Refers to any natural or legal person, including minors or representatives of minors, including persons holding non-French passports or representatives of these, who wishes to mandate VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL to obtain one or more Visas / Legalization of documents with one or more Embassies.

1.6. Web site

Means the website www.visatravel.fr and all websites redirecting to this site.

1.7.

These T & Cs govern the contractual relations between VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL and its Customers. This version is applicable from January 1, 2021. They cancel and replace all previous documents.

1.8.

VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL may modify these T & Cs at any time without notice.

Article 2

Orders

2.1.

Any order automatically entails acceptance of these T & Cs.

2.2.

Any visa order (s) must be made on the VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL Order Form / Form or, failing that, on a dated and signed letterhead order form. All orders must include, in addition to this Order Form:

  • The documents required to complete the order (passport, photo, administrative documents, etc.)
  • Information relating to departure: (desired return address, date of departure, degree of urgency, condition of return of passport after obtaining visa (s))
  • Payment of the amount indicated to the order of VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL

2.3.

All orders must be sent to VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL before the deadline indicated on the order form and at the earliest after validation of the order on the Website, accompanied by all the information and documents listed above and of the regulations.

Otherwise, VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL reserves the right not to give an order following the order.

2.4.

Any order validated on the Site entails the Customer’s subscription to an email newsletter, from which he can unsubscribe by following the instructions in the Legal Notice section of the Site.

Article 3

Prices

3.1.

The prices indicated in writing or by telephone are subject to variations depending on the evolution of the tariff schedules applied by the embassies and consulates. VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL de facto reserves the right to increase its prices in the event of an increase in the price of obtaining Visas by the Embassy (s) concerned.

3.2.

The prices indicated on the Website or by telephone may be modified by VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL at any time and without notice.

3.3.

Any late or incomplete order automatically and without the need for the prior consent of the customer, acceptance by the latter of the increased rate provided for by the pricing conditions of VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL.

3.4.

For bulk requests, the application of different pricing terms will only be possible with the agreement of VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL management.

3.5.

Any Visa order file must include:

  • The order form generated by VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL, printed at the end of the order on the Website, specifying the Customer’s order, dated and signed, certifying that the Customer provides a complete file and complies with the indications in the list of documents to be provided generated by VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL and that he knows the processing time for his order at the Embassy.
  • The administrative documents necessary to obtain the Visa (original passport, photo, form, etc.) which are indicated in the list of documents to be provided generated by VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL at the end of the order on the Website. For minors or holders of non-French passports: they must check with the Embassy of the country visited to find out the additional administrative documents they must attach to the file, VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for delays. within the deadlines for obtaining in the event of missing documents even if these were not indicated on the order form, and the deadlines for obtaining visas may be longer than those initially indicated on the Website, even in full case file.

Payment by bank transfer (bank details provided on request), Credit Card (refer to credit cards accepted by VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL), by check payable to VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL, paying the total amount including tax indicated on the voucher. VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL order, if the choice of payment method by check was made by the Customer when ordering on the Website.

Article 4

Payments

4.1.

Each request must be paid in full upon collection or upon receipt of correspondence. VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to choose, in the event that no payment is attached, to carry out the work against reimbursement or to cancel the request altogether.

4.2.

By express agreement and except postponement granted by VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL, failure to pay by the fixed deadline of the invoice issued by VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL renders the customer liable for a late penalty of 3% per full month. In the event of non-payment by the due date, VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to suspend the execution of all pending orders without prejudice to its rights to damages and interest.

4.3.

An invoice serving as proof of payment will be sent by email to the Customer as soon as possible after completion of the service.

4.4.

Any late payment is punishable by a lump sum indemnity of €40 for recovery costs and late payment penalties equal to three times the legal interest rate in force.

4.5.

Any order validated on the Website and then cancelled by the Customer on simple request by registered mail within 14 days after the order will be refunded its total amount including tax charged of €12.00 including tax management costs per order. If cancellation is requested more than 3 months after the order, it will not be refunded.

4.6.

Any order validated on the Website and then canceled by the Customer after sending the file to VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL will not be refunded, given the start of the VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL service and the incurring of non-refundable Embassy fees, including in the event of non-use of the Visa later.

Article 5

Deliveries & Shipping

5.1.

Links by moped, bicycles and any means appropriate to the performance of the service are available to Parisian / Ile-de-France customers upon acceptance of the above conditions.

5.2.

The costs of shipping or resending documents (Post, Chronopost, courier, etc.) are invoiced in all cases.

Article 6

Responsibilities

6.1.

The company VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL declines all responsibility for any order which could not be executed within the deadlines indicated by the order form as a result of indications not provided by the customer on the deadline fixed on said voucher or of erroneous indications.

6.2.

In general, VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL is responsible for its own service from the order taking to the issue by the consular authorities of the Visa requested, to the exclusion of what, by nature, is not within its remit.

6.3.

VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL cannot therefore be held responsible for refusals or other inconveniences arising from embassies, consulates, legations or authorities competent to issue visas. In the event of loss or theft, VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL is liable only up to the value of the renewal of the passport. The company VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL can not in any case assume the damages resulting for the customer from a failure to subscribe to cancellation insurance.

6.4.

Likewise, if VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL agrees to assume an obligation of advice regarding the formalities required for French citizens, it is up to the customer to check the said formalities with the consulate and / or the airlines for the holders. passport of other nationalities.

6.5.

VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL cannot be held responsible for the lack of validity of a Visa issued too early or too late in relation to the dates of the Client’s stays. It is the Customer’s responsibility to send their order within a reasonable time before the date of their departure, as indicated on the order form.

6.6.

VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL strives to ensure to the best of its ability, the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Website, the content of which it reserves the right to correct at any time and without notice. However, VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available on this site. Consequently, VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL cannot be held responsible:

  • For any interruption of the site or the occurrence of computer bugs.
  • For any inaccuracy or omission relating to information available on the site.

It is expressly stipulated that the outward and return transport of passports, regardless of the means used, is carried out at the buyer’s risk; VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to these various services (La Poste, Chronopost, express couriers, couriers, etc.).

6.9.

The signing of the collection slip by the courier services constitutes total exemption from liability.

6.10.

The VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL service ends with the sending of the passport with Visa and any administrative documents. Under no circumstances can VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL and its partners be held responsible for the actual use of the Visa by the Customer.

Article 7

Complaints

Any order that would be the subject of a dispute must be notified to us at the latest within 7 days of receipt of the passport or other legalized document.
The complaint must be substantiated and accompanied by supporting documents for the damage suffered.

Article 8

Settlement of disputes

8.1.

Relations between the company VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL and its customers are subject to French law.

8.2.

In the event of a dispute, express jurisdiction is attributed to the Commercial Court of Paris, notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.

Article 9

Personal data and confidentiality

9.1.

Concerning the personal data on the physical or electronic documents provided by the Customer to VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL to make the Visa application with the Embassy: The Customer accepts the collection and use, by VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL, of his personal data relating to the administrative documents necessary to obtain the Visa and the information of the entrusted passport (passport data, documents to be provided requested by the Embassy…), as well as their transmission to the Embassy, ​​within the single and provisional framework of the obtaining the ordered Visa. The recipients of this data are only the managers and staff of VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL. VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL undertakes by all means not to keep over time any personal data of the Customer relating to the documents entrusted to obtain the Visa.

9.2.

Concerning the personal data entered online by the Customer: The Customer accepts that the information collected during the Customer’s online entry on the VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL secure website (such as postal addresses and emails) be subject to secure computer processing for managing the order and sending the Visa. Thanks to this data collected via its secure website, VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL has the possibility of sending emails to the Customer to notify them of the follow-up of their Visa application, and can communicate with the Customer in the event of an incomplete file. The recipients of this entered data are only the directors and staff of VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL, as well as any third-party companies requested by VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL for its activity, such as a return carrier (for example Chronopost), depending on the mode return chosen by the Customer during the Order, or even the Geodesk Insurance broker which is used by VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL to offer VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL Customers insurance products related to the activity and services of VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL. By default, VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL keeps this data collected via its website (email address, contact details) for a maximum period of 10 years after the end of the contractual relationship. 9.3.

Regarding bank details if the Customer chooses the method of payment by bank card: VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL has no access to bank data. In addition, the VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL bank does not have access to the content of the Customer’s order. 9.4.

Concerning navigation data: VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL collects navigation data from users of its Website. These data are only intended for managers and staff of VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL, with the sole purpose of generating statistics in order to improve the Website and VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL services. Article 11

Transfer, Assignment

VISA TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL may assign or transfer by any means, including by merger, all or part of its rights or obligations resulting from these.
