The “All Indonesia” arrival card will be officially rolled out starting September 1st in Jakarta, Bali, and Surabaya, before becoming mandatory at all Indonesian international airports starting October 1st, 2025.

“All Indonesia” allows users to submit an online arrival card application no earlier than three days before entering Indonesia. This formality (no consular fees) applies to all travelers, both international and Indonesian.

Travelers who have not completed their travel declaration before arrival are still authorized to enter Indonesia. However, they must complete the “All Indonesia” arrival card online upon entering the country by scanning a QR code, which is already available at some Indonesian airports, including Jakarta.

Authorities explain that this process, completed upon arrival, may cause delays during CIQ (customs, immigration, and quarantine) due to the time required to process the data. Visa Travel International can obtain this arrival card for you before your departure to facilitate your entry into Indonesia.
