Visas for Sao Tome and Principe

Obtaining a visa in your passport is mandatory before departure, whether for tourism or business, except in a few specific cases.

Travelers from the following countries are exempt from visa requirements for stays of less than 15 days:

Angola (Angolan nationals are exempt from entry visas for stays of 90 days or less), Member States of the European Union, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Community of Portuguese Language Countries, Andorra, China (for Chinese nationals holding diplomatic and special service passports, a visa is not required for stays of 15 days or less. For Chinese nationals holding ordinary and common passports: an entry visa is issued upon arrival), Swiss Confederation (Switzerland), South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Russian Federation, Gabon, Iceland, Japan, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Morocco, Monaco, Norway, Qatar, San Marino, Turkey, Vatican City

To be able to enter the territory of Lebanon, the traveler will have to bring his passport (6 months validity after Visa ending) with Visa (mandatory if not exempted) as well as a return flight ticket.

It should be noted that, even if the traveler is in possession of all the documents requested to validate his entry into Lebanon, the Lebanese authorities reserve the right to refuse access to their territory without having to justify it.

Tourist Visa: single entry, valid for 120 days from the date of issue for a stay of up to 1 month.

Business Visa: multiple entry, valid for 6 months from the date of issue for stays of up to 90 days per entry.
